REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

At Perfume House AE your satisfaction means everything to us.

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items according to our Return & Refund Policy. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within the stated return window.

Eligibility for Returns Only damaged or non-matching items may be returned within 3 days of receipt, with proof of the issue.

Non-Returnable Items Fragrances that have been opened or used are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons. Gift cards are also not eligible for return.

How to Request a Return Contact us for return authorization and send the item back via trackable shipping.

Refunds Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after inspection of returned items.

Exchanges No direct exchanges; return the item and place a new order instead.

Late or Missing Refunds Check with your bank or contact us if refunds take longer than 10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items Report damaged or wrong products within 48 hours with order details and photos.
