Processing Time Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Within UAE

• Standard Delivery: 1-5 business days

Shipping Rates

• Standard shipping: AED 18 (regardless of order value)

International Shipping We currently ship to select GCC countries including Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, and Qatar. International delivery takes 7-10 business days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.

Delivery Issues If you experience any issues with your delivery, please contact us at info@perfumehouse.ae within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.
