At PerfumeHouse.ae, every fragrance is carefully prepared, inspected, and securely packaged to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. Due to the nature of fragrance products and for hygiene and quality assurance reasons, we maintain a strict return policy.
Returns
We generally do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any fragrance products once they have been opened or their original packaging has been tampered with.
Any return request must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be completely unopened and unused.
- The original outer plastic shrink wrap or protective seal must remain fully intact and must not have been opened, cut, removed, or tampered with in any way.
- The product must be returned in its original box with all packaging, labels, inserts, and accessories included.
- Proof of purchase must be provided
- Clear photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping box may be required for assessment
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:
- Any perfume with a broken, removed, or tampered outer plastic seal.
- Opened or used perfumes.
- Products that have been sprayed, tested, or altered.
- Items returned without their original packaging.
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or handling after delivery.
- Purchases made during promotional campaigns, clearance sales, or special offers.
- Fragrances purchased based on personal preference, including dissatisfaction with the scent, longevity, projection, or similarity to another fragrance.
Refunds
If a return is approved after inspection, any applicable refund will be processed using the original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Shipping charges, express delivery fees, customs duties, and other service fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
All exchange requests are subject to inspection and product availability.
Return Shipping
If a return request is approved, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed in writing by PerfumeHouse.ae.
Order Cancellation
Orders may only be cancelled before they have been processed or dispatched. Once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Inspection & Final Decision
All returned items undergo a quality inspection upon receipt. PerfumeHouse.ae reserves the right to reject any return, exchange, or refund request that does not comply with this policy.
